Morris Simon founded Simco Management Corporation in 1959 and pioneered the apartment industry in the Youngstown and surrounding areas. Simco's portfolio stretches from Canton, Ohio to Oil City, Pennsylvania, with the heaviest concentration of properties in the Boardman, Ohio area.
