Benefits: All Managers are required to attend an extensive four week training period. During this time, you will eligible for the following:
• Paid training
• $10.00 commission paid per lease signed

Upon complete of training you will continue your employment floating between locations gaining valuable knowledge and applying the tools learned during training. At this time, in addition to your salary you will be eligible for the following:
• $50.00 Commission paid per signed lease
• Two bedroom apartment with all utilities paid (not to include telephone & Cable)
• Mileage reimbursement (while floating only).
• Major medical health care

After permanent placement, in addition to the above, you will be eligible for the following:
• Increase in salary
• Two bedroom apartment, living on-site of you permanent placement. Simco Management will cover the moving expense for this placement.
• Bonus incentive program based on occupancy and delinquency with a potential to earn anywhere between $50.00 to $250.00 per month.
• Paid vacation days – 5 days after the first year of service, 10 days after the second year of service, 15 days after the tenth year of service and 20 days after the twenty year of service.
• Paid sick days – 5 per calendar year
• Paid personal days – 2 per calendar year
• 401K pension plan is available on the first of the month after six months of employment with a company matching fund of up to 3% of gross earnings.
